  • How do I set a priority on a request?
    • At this time (2024), FMX does not offer a priority status feature, however, an alternative solution would be to create a drop down list custom field on the work request details or assignment stage with the different priorities listed as options. When a request is created or assigned, the priority can be selected to indicate the urgency of the request. It's important to note that this selection WILL NOT affect the work request status (on-time, overdue, etc.). It would be used for viewing or reporting purposes only.
