Re-routing to Pending Estimate

1. Estimate Schedule Request

 2. If you forgot to add line items to your estimate, you can do this by navigating to the top right corner of your site and clicking on the three vertical dots

** Note: When rerouting an estimate, your previous line items will NOT be saved, and you will have to re-enter all line items again.

3. Once you click the three dots, select the "Route" button

4. Scroll down to the Route section of your ticket and select "Pending estimate" from the drop down list. Once selected, click the green "Route" button

Re-routing to Pending Invoice

1. Estimate and Invoice Schedule Request

2. If you need to add additional line items to your invoice, you can do this by navigating to the top right corner of your site and clicking on the three vertical dots

3. Once you click the three dots, select the "Route" button

4. Scroll down to the Route section of your ticket and select "Pending invoice" from the drop down list. Once selected, click the green "Route" button

5. In the top right corner of your site, select "Invoice"

6. Once selected, you now have the option to add additional line items to your invoice. Once finished, select the appropriate button at the bottom to finalize your invoice.
