Create an associated Work Request from an existing Work Request
Users can now create new work requests from an existing work request.
For example: if there is a work request created to repair a pipe leak, a custodial request can also be created to clean up any water damages. This ensures all tasks are able to be completed by the appropriate staff member, while associating these requests together.
To use this feature:
1. Ensure Request Associations are set up in your FMX Site. See instructions here.
2. Navigate to the new associated requests button
3. Select the type of work request to associate, i.e. Cleaning Request, Maintenance Request, etc.
Create an associated Work Request from a recurring work task
Users can now create new work requests from an existing recurring work task.
For example: if during a routine inspection or planned maintenance task an issue is found, staff can schedule follow up work orders to resolve any uncovered issues and associate the work request with the planned work task.
To use this feature:
1. Ensure Request Associations are set up in your FMX Site. See instructions here.
2. Navigate to the new associated requests button
3. Select the type of work request to associate, i.e. Cleaning Request, Maintenance Request, etc.
Create an associated Work Request from an existing Schedule Request
Users can now create new work requests from an existing schedule request occurrence.
Save time and add day of set-up requests while creating a schedule request. Ensure details don’t slip through the cracks by associating work requests to events.
To use this feature:
1. Ensure Request Associations are set up in your FMX Site. See instructions here.
2. Navigate to the Schedule Requests Occurrences tab.
3. Navigate to the new associated requests button
4. Select the type of work request to associate, i.e. Cleaning Request, Maintenance Request, etc.
Invoice Layout Update
Customers now have the option to choose between two different Invoice Layouts.
The Condensed version is the classic legacy format of print Invoices.
The new Full version includes additional details such as, buildings, locations, event date and time, additional discounts, and more.
Bulk Actions: Upload Scheduling Rates
Users can now add scheduling rates for resources when bulk uploading resources. This saves time when adding in a variety of new resources and schedules rates will already be preloaded into FMX through the bulk upload import.
