Associate Work Requests to Schedule Requests

You can now assign any new or existing work requests to a schedule occurrence!

Save time and add day of set-up requests while creating a schedule occurrence. Ensure details don’t slip through the cracks by associating work requests to events.

To use this feature:

  1. Navigate to Admin Settings -> General -> Event Request Settings
  2. Within Request Associations, choose the types of requests you would like to be able to associate to schedule requests, i.e., Maintenance Requestsmceclip0 (1).png
  3. Scroll to your chosen request types (in this example, Maintenance Requests) and add Schedule Requests to Request Associationsmceclip1.png
  4. Then navigate to User Type Settings and edit the associate request permissionsmceclip3.png

Associate Work Requests to Work Requests

Similar to associating work requests to schedule requests, users can now tie work requests together. This can help in project planning or additional steps to ensure requests are completed properly.

To use this feature:

  1. Navigate to Admin Settings -> General -> Maintenance Request Settings
  2. Add the types of requests you would like to associate in Request Associationsmceclip0.png
  3. Then navigate to User Type Settings and edit the associate request permissionsmceclip3.png

Completion Times on Equipment Logs 

The "complete" field in equipment logs now displays a timestamp and the date. This update has also been applied to equipment log exports.

Dragonfly Integration Update

The new Dragonfly Integration can now create transportation requests from away events. This is similar functionality to the Arbiter Integration you may be familiar with.
