FMX's Filtering options allows customers a convenient way to find what they're looking for in an organized fashion. Some of these Filtering options consist of: A singular form that organizes all filters in one place Drop down menu options for easy selection Multiple date range options Accessible Custom Field selection Read below to see what filter options are available as well as how they appear in FMX. Maintenance Requests Assigned to – Filter by who is assigned to a request. If you select “Anyone” it will show you all requests that have been assigned; if you select “No One” it will show the requests that have not yet been assigned Building – Filter the grid by the building(s) you want to see requests for Custom Field – Filter your grid by the custom fields that have been filled out Date Filters – Select the date range you want to see requests for Location – Filter the grid by the location(s) you want to see requests for Ownership – Filter by whether a request is internal, outsourced, or your own Request type – Filter the grid by a certain request type Status – Filter the grid by the state of the request Overdue: See tasks that are overdue Open: See tasks that are open Completed: See any requests that have been completed Pending details: See requests that have been created via email and are awaiting final details before resolution Pending my immediate approval: See requests that are pending your approval Pending my eventual approval: See requests that are pending your eventual approval Pending other’s approval: See requests that are pending others approval Declined: See any request that has been declined Pending assignment: See requests that are pending an assignment Pending resolution: See requests that are pending resolution Pending finalization: See requests that have been resolved, but are still awaiting finalization Finalized : See schedule requests that are finalized (approved) and upcoming Deleted: See requests that have been deleted from your FMX site Schedule Requests *Please note that some fields below are not present in the above screenshot Building – Filter the calendar by the building(s) you want to see requests for Custom Fields – Filter your calendar by the custom fields that have been filled out Date Filters – Select the date range you want to see requests for Invoice Date – You can filter by the date that the request was invoiced Created Date – You can search for specific requests based off of the date/ date range in which they were created Event Date – You can search for requests that are happening during a specific date range Payment Date – You can filter by the date that a payment was made for a request Ownership – Filter by whether a request is internal, outsourced, or your own (options vary based on user type access) *Period – You can filter for different "periods", or time frames, in which schedule requests can take place. *this filter option will vary from site to site Request type – Filter the grid by a certain request type Resource – Filter the grid by the location of the request Resource Type – Filter the grid by the type of resource of the request Status – Filter the grid by the state of the request Overdue: See tasks that are overdue Open: See tasks that are open Completed: See any tasks that have been completed Pending my immediate approval: See requests that are pending your approval Pending my eventual approval: See requests that are pending your eventual approval Pending other’s approval: See requests that are pending others approval Pending estimate: See schedule requests that are pending estimates Pending estimate acceptance: See schedule requests that are pending estimate acceptance from the requester Pending Invoice: See schedule requests that are pending an invoice Pending Payment: See schedule requests that are pending payment Finalized and upcoming: See schedule requests that are finalized (approved) and upcoming Finalized and completed: See schedule requests that are finalized (approved) and completed Declined: See any request that has been declined Canceled: See schedule requests that have been canceled Deleted: See requests that have been deleted from your FMX site Planned Maintenance Tasks *Please note that some fields below are not present in the above screenshot Assigned to – Filter by who is assigned to a request. You can see your applied filters by looking underneath the Filter and Search bar: To quickly remove all of the filters that are currently selected, click the "Clear" icon directly next to the filter button: To remove filters one at a time, click on the "x" next to the filter(s) you would like to remove: Another way to remove filters is to click on the "Filter" button and choose "Clear Filter" at the bottom of the page: To see how to save filters in FMX, click here.
