FMX allows your organization to set up an approval process for the different request types in the system. The approval processes can be different for each request type and are based on user type access. When a user submits a request you can require that they go through an approval process before the request enters a pending assignment or finalized state. You may also set up tiers so requests must be approved by multiple levels of users. If a request is denied at any time the request will be removed from the calendar and the user will be notified with an explanation of why the request was denied.
