Take a look at the new features released between July - September 2022, including new color schemes and increased bulk action limits for Schedule Requests.

 

NEW Color Schemes

Organizations now have the ability to change their default color scheme within FMX.

How to set it up:

  1. Go into "Admin Settings"
  2. Navigate down to "Theme Settings"
  3. Choose an option
  4. Click "Save"

NOTE: Changing the theme will apply to ALL users in FMX.

 

Bulk Cancel Schedule Request Limit Increase

Users can now cancel up to 1,000 Schedule Requests at a time (up from 100).

How to set it up:

  1. Go into "Admin Settings"
  2. Select "User Types"
  3. Choose a user type and click "Edit"
  4. Open the "Schedule Request Access" category
  5. Navigate to the field titled "Bulk cancel"
  6. Choose one of the following options:
    • "Own" - only requests they create
    • "Accessible Buildings" - only requests for buildings they have access to
    • "Any" - all requests
  7. Click "Save"

Added Custom Field Visibility

Custom fields can now be displayed in the grid view for the following areas:

  • Transportation Request Assignment
  • Transportation Request Approval
  • Transportation Request Finalization
  • Transportation Request Response
  • Transportation Request Declination
  • Schedule Request Declination

How to set it up:

  1. Go into "Admin Settings"
  2. Select "Custom Fields"
  3. Click "New" OR choose an existing custom field and click "Edit"
  4. Select an option under "For" that supports custom field visibility
  5. Check the box "Show values"
  6. OPTIONAL: Check the box "Can search values"
  7. Click "Save"

Disable Column Totals

For users that use the "Number" custom field type for labels such as ID#, Serial #, or other non-summarized fields, they can now turn off column totals for those fields.

How to set it up:

  1. Go into "Admin Settings"
  2. Select "Custom Fields"
  3. Click "New" OR choose an existing custom field and click "Edit"
  4. Check the box "Show values"
  5. Un-check the box "Show column total"
