Your Data Stays Secure Within FMX

When you use AI-powered features in FMX, your data never leaves our secure environment. We do not store or persist your data outside of FMX's controlled infrastructure, and any data used to generate an AI response is handled on a temporary, request-only basis. Once a response is delivered, your data remains safely within FMX, not in any external system.

Your Data Is Never Used to Train AI Models

We make an unconditional commitment: no FMX customer data is ever used to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model, by FMX or any AI provider we work with. This applies to all data in your FMX environment, including work orders, asset records, user inputs, and facility information.

All of our AI provider agreements explicitly prohibit the use of customer data for model training, and we verify this through formal contracts before approving any provider for use in our platform.


How AI Features Work in FMX

FMX uses AI to power features like intelligent work order assistance, predictive maintenance insights, natural language interfaces, and automated reporting. When these features are used, only the information needed to respond to your specific request is involved, and it's handled securely and temporarily, with no data retained by external providers.

We work exclusively with enterprise-grade AI providers who meet our strict privacy and security standards, and we review those partnerships regularly to make sure they stay aligned with our commitments.


Security Practices

Protecting your data is central to how we build and operate AI features in FMX. Key practices include:

  • Data minimization: We limit what data is involved in any AI interaction to only what's necessary.
