Use the Reporting module to transform your data into actionable insights through custom dashboards.

Creating a custom utilities dashboard

  1. Navigate to the Custom Dashboard tab in the Reporting module.

  2. Click New dashboard and provide a name and description.

  3. Provide a name and description, and choose a Privacy Setting: Private is visible only to you, while Public is visible to anyone with dashboard access.

4. Add utility widgets from the FMX library.

First, select Add widget

Then select Choose from existing

Finally, review our library of pre-built widgets to set up the reporting that fits your needs.

Monitor Cost & Usage

Track costs, consumption, demand, and fees by time period, utility type, provider, account, meter, or building to identify spikes and stay on budget.

Plan Strategically

  • Use EUI & WUI to benchmark efficiency against industry standards.
  • Compare efficiency across buildings and identify improvement opportunities with cost per square foot, EUI, and WUI.
  • Monitor charges (e.g., demand, late fees) for cost reduction opportunities.
  • Use consumption reporting to validate project success and compliance with efficiency and energy regulations.
