Accounting Manager
If you used FMX’s Invoicing or Purchase Order modules in the past, you may have noticed an upgrade in functionality recently. Now known as Accounting Manager, you can see all your transactions in one place—so your team always knows what’s been spent, and where.

Skipped Occurrence Reporting
FMX now tracks skipped occurrences with their own status to find and report on missed PMs easily. It’s designed to track and report scheduled but not executed occurrences. You can now generate reports on missed tasks, which is critical for audit trails and regulatory compliance.
Workflow Builder
With Workflow Builder, custom automations for auto assignments can be easily created. Say goodbye to multi-step processes and multiple admin screens to set up these flows. Now, you can set up flows in minutes and view the workflow logic in a single, digestible interface.
