A custom navigation link is a module that allows users to link an external URL to their FMX site. Custom navigation links are a convenient way to access another website that your organization might use frequently. Examples could include a vendor’s website, a PDF that outlines your organization’s COVID guidelines, or your organization's main website.
*The ability to add custom navigation links requires administrative access.
Follow these steps to add custom navigation links to your module menu:
1. On the left side of the page, click on Admin Settings.
2. From there, select General at the top and from the drop-down list, click on Custom Nav Links.
4. In the top right corner, click on Add link.
5. Fill in the Name, Icon, URL, Menu location, Order, and Permitted user types. When finished, click Save.
Important Note: Do not use any special characters in the Name field or the link will not work, and you will not be able to delete this.
