Schedule Requests Auto calculate fees FMX users now have the ability to set up auto calculated fees for Schedule Requests, based on Scheduling Rate Types! Scheduling Rate Types can be created from your Admin Settings under Schedule Request Settings: Once created, different Scheduling Rates can be created based on each of your organization's schedulable Resources: You can then choose which Scheduling Rate Type is tied to individual User Types under your User Type Admin Settings: Users will then be able to see the estimated fee prior to submitting their Request: Check out our learning center article to learn more about this new feature!
