Schedule Requests

Auto calculate fees

FMX users now have the ability to set up auto calculated fees for Schedule Requests, based on Scheduling Rate Types!

Scheduling Rate Types can be created from your Admin Settings under Schedule Request Settings:

Once created, different Scheduling Rates can be created based on each of your organization's schedulable Resources:

You can then choose which Scheduling Rate Type is tied to individual User Types under your User Type Admin Settings:

Users will then be able to see the estimated fee prior to submitting their Request:

Added timeline actions for delete and undelete

You can now see who deleted/undeleted a request, and when the actions were taken:

Added custom field support for responses

You can now add custom fields for responses to Schedule Requests:

We now offer visibility formulas to be configured on fields, used to automatically show or hide them based on other fields:

You can now copy pre-existing Custom Fields for your convenience:

Planned Maintenance

Added a timeline action for delete

You can now see who deleted a PM task, and when it was deleted:

Occurrence execution can be saved without executing

You can now save progress on a PM task without having to execute until the task is complete:

Added QR codes to work tickets

You now have the ability to scan a printed work ticket, which will take you right to the ticket in FMX where you can add comments and resolve the task in minutes:

The equipment field can now be configured to be optional, or required in the general settings:
