USERS

Added driver rate

You are now able to give a user a set driver rate. To learn more, click here!

 

 

Increased flexibility of email subscriptions by adding the ability to create multiple notification groupings

You can now receive specific email notifications based on custom fields, and request types.

 

 

Added accessible building column to grid and CSV export

In the grid view, you can easily view which users have specific building assignments, when selecting the ‘accessible buildings’ setting.

 

 

Separated user read access into two read accesses, one for users and one for contacts

You have the ability to view just contacts, or just users, or both, in your users and contacts page by selecting the designated filters.

 

You can now choose email notifications specifically for request deletion/undeletion and cancellation.

 

 

CALENDAR

Allowed requests to be created by clicking a start time on the calendar

Easily create a request by clicking directly on the calendar at the designated time!

 

 

GENERAL

Migrated "Attachments" field to a custom field for request details and response

If you do not need the attachment field in your request form, you now have the ability to delete this in your custom fields section.

 

 

You now have the ability to listen to audio attachments directly in the site! For example, if you have a voicemail you would like to attach to a request, you can go back and listen to it with ease.

SCHEDULE REQUESTS

Allowed responses to be marked as private by users with read private response permission

If you have the ability to read private responses, you now are able to mark certain responses as private directly on the form.

 

 

PLANNED MAINTENANCE

Added start and end downtime notifications

This feature will help you to easily keep track of all Downtime activity that occurs with your equipment items.

 

Grouped equipment options by location during editing

This helps you to better locate your equipment items when editing a Planned Maintenance task.

 

Grouped location options by building when more than one building is selected during editing

This helps you to better locate your equipment items when editing a Planned Maintenance task when more than one building is selected.

 

 

PURCHASE ORDERS

Added line numbers to order form print views

 

 

Allowed configuring a default memo field under admin settings

This allows you to input a message at the bottom of all your purchase orders.

 

 

ORGANIZATION SETTINGS

Renamed "Organization Settings" to "Admin Settings"

Organization settings has now been renamed to Admin Settings.

 

 

EQUIPMENT

Added mileage rate

You are now able to set a mileage rate to your vehicles in regard to Transportation Requests! To learn more, click here!

 

 

TRANSPORTATION REQUESTS

Added vehicle and driver cost calculations

Combining Driver Rate and Mileage Rate, you are now able to see total trip costs in your Transportation Requests. To learn more, click here!

 

 

INVENTORY

Allowed the minimum quantity notification to go out to the acting user

A user that is assigned a particular inventory, can now be notified when it specifically reaches minimum quantity.

 


ADMIN SETTINGS

Allowed maintenance task scheduling time to be toggled on and off

 

 

WORK REQUESTS

Request submission form can now be embedded onto another site using iframe.
