If there ever comes a time when you need to change the date and/or time of a single schedule request occurrence, without affecting the other occurrences within the request, follow the steps below!
Calendar View
1. Start on your Calendar View and select the occurrence you would like to adjust the date or time. Please scroll down to the bottom of the occurrence till you see "Occurrence" and the "Event time". Click Edit
2. Adjust the date or time and click Save.
Schedule Request Occurrence View
1. Please navigate to the Schedule Request module on the left hand side. Click the Occurrences tab.
2. Search for the request by using the request ID or name. Click the Edit button
3. Update the date or time and click Save.
