How it Works

Users can see who can approve their schedule request and the related approval tiers. When this setting is turned on, schedule requests will show who specifically is able to approve. This will appear on the top right of the request. As well in the status at the top. 

Users without access to this feature will still see the user type of who can approve the request. 

How to Set it up

To enable this feature follow the below steps:

  1. Go to the Admin Settings > User Type
  2. Select the edit button of the user type you would like to have access
  3. Go to the "Schedule Request Access" Section
  4. Change the “View approval Order Status” field to “Any”, “Accessible Buildings”, or “Own”
  5. Then select save at the bottom.
