All user accounts in FMX are tied to the associated email address. Even if an account has been deleted, that email address will still stay tied to the deleted account. This can cause issues setting up new users with the same email address in the future, so deleting users requires a specific workflow in order to remove their email address from the account.

Steps to Delete a User

  1. If you have already deleted the user, you will have to first reinstate the user
  2. Convert the user to a contact (Email is not required for contacts)
  3. Remove the Email Address from the contact's profile
  4. Delete the contact
