The ability to Default Schedule Requests to Private can be indicated for each Request Type. If a request is submitted privately, only user types with permission to read private requests will be able to see the request details. Follow the workflow below to get this set up.
1 Start in Admin Settings, and click the "Request Types" tab towards the top of the screen. Apply a filter for "Schedule Requests" to tidy up the grid-view list results. Click "Edit" to the right of the line for the request type that you'd like to default to private.
2 In the "Schedule Request Settings" section, towards the bottom of this page, check the box for "Default to Private." Once this has been checked, click "Save" to confirm.
3 Repeat those steps as needed for any other Request Types that you'd like to default to Private for future Schedule Requests submitted.
