Schedule an all-day event and allow conflicts when scheduling a resource
We’re happy to share two new enhancements for event scheduling in FMX.
Schedule an all-day event
We've made it as easy as clicking a check box to submit a schedule request for an all-day event. Seriously, it's pretty easy, check it out in this video:
Note: If an all-day event is scheduled for a resource that has conflict detection enabled, then other users will not be able to reserve that resource on the date of the all-day event. Speaking of conflict detection...
Allow conflicts when scheduling a resource
You can now disable conflict detection for a resource so it can be scheduled for simultaneous events. For example, you could allow conflicts for your "Track and Field Complex" resource so it can be reserved by the boys and girls track teams for their simultaneous track meets.
