You can make a standard name for a request based on a request type. Follow these steps to set up a standard name for a request type:
1. Go to Admin Settings in the left sidebar
2. Under Request Types click Add request type or edit the details of an existing request type.
3. Scroll down to Standard request name and click More info
4. Use the following parameters to create the name of the request you want to display when this request type is selected. This value can contain static text and dynamic placeholders which are substituted with properties from the request. For example, "{Start time} event at {Building}" would generate "5:00 PM event at High School" for a request that starts at 5:00 PM in the high school building.
5. Scroll to the bottom and Click "Save."
