To access your user account information such as name, profile photo, password, email address, and email preferences, click on the profile photo located in the top right corner of your FMX page


  • Name: your name that's displayed in FMX
  • Email: the email address you will use to sign in to your FMX account. 

    *You must confirm this new email before it will show up in the system. If the email provided is not a working address, then you will receive a message stating that email delivery is disabled (see screenshot).

  • User type: This is your role/title within the FMX site. Contact your system administrator if your user type should be changed.
  • Time zone: This is the time zone in which your company operates. You can update your time zone if it is different from the default set by your organization.
  • Phone (optional): Enter a phone number at which you can be reached
  • Upload a photo (optional): Upload a profile photo that will appear in the box next to your name in the left sidebar.
  • Once you have changed any setting, make sure to scroll to the bottom of the page and click, Save.
