Account Information (Name, Email, etc.)

These are your personal account settings where you can set up your own preferences. This can be found at the top of the left side bar.



  • First Name and Last Name: Here you should see your first and last name.
  • Email: This is the email address you will use to sign in to your account. To update your email address enter the new email address you would like. *Note: you must confirm this new email before it will show up in the system. If the email provided is not a working address, then you will receive a message stating that email delivery is disabled (see screenshot).


  • User type: This is your role/title within the FMX site. Contact your system administrator if your user type should be changed.
  • Time zone: This is the time zone in which your company operates. You can update this time zone if it is different from your organization.
  • Phone (optional): Enter a phone number at which you can be reached
  • Upload a photo (optional): Upload a photo that will appear in the box next to your name in the left sidebar. 
  • Once you have changed any setting, make sure to scroll to the bottom of the page and click, “Save.”
