Why are technicians or drivers not appearing on the "Assigned to" drop down list?

If technicians or drivers are not appearing on the "Assigned to" drop down list, there are a few things you can check.

Check to see if your user has confirmed their account:

1. Click on Filter and select Status, and then Unconfirmed:


2. Click on the Envelope icon next to the user to re-send their account confirmation email. 

3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Resend confirmation email button.

Make sure the users access settings for all requests are set to "Any" or "Accessible Buildings". For more information on User Access click here.

1. Make sure Maintenance, Technology, and or Custom Work Request Access "Resolve" is set to "Any" or "Accessible Buildings"

2. Make sure Planned Maintenance Task Access "Execute" is set to "Any" or "Accessible Buildings"

3. Make sure for Transportation Requests their "Can be a driver" box is checked. For more information on assigning drivers, click here.
