Here is some information regarding our backup strategy for customer data: Online data is synchronously replicated across 3 physical servers in the primary data center and asynchronously replicated to a secondary data center, which is geographically separate. Database transaction log backups are performed every hour and full backups are performed every 24 hours. Database backups are retained for 4 weeks and replicated across 3 physical servers in the primary data center as well as a secondary data center.
