Follow the steps below to respond to a schedule request in FMX: 

1. Find the request you wish to respond to (on the calendar or in the schedule requests grid view accessed via the left-hand navigation menu), then click Respond.

2. Enter a response message in the text box near the bottom of the request's details page. Users can make the response private by clicking the checkbox "Make Private". Users with the ability to view private responses will be able to see the response (this is based on their user type permissions). 

Click Respond 

Users who created the request, are following the request or assigned to the request will receive an email. 

How to adjust user type permission to see private responses 

To allow a user to see private responses please navigate to Admin Settings > User Types > Edit (whichever user type needs updated) > Schedule Request Access > Read Private Responses
