Follow the steps below to resolve or reopen a maintenance, technology or custom work request in FMX: 

Resolve a Maintenance, Technology, or Custom Work request

1. Find the request you wish to resolve (on the calendar or in the module grid view, accessed via the left sidebar), then click Resolve.

2. After clicking Resolve you can enter resolution notes, log worker time, any associated costs, equipment, and inventory used.

3. Click Resolve at the bottom to confirm, and close out the request.

Reopen a Maintenance, Technology or Custom Work request 

1. Find the resolved request you wish to reopen by applying a filter for "Completed" status. (on the calendar or in the module grid view, accessed via the left sidebar), then click Reopen.

2. Next, enter a reason for reopening the request and click Reopen at the bottom of this page to confirm.
