Follow the steps below to resolve or reopen a maintenance, technology or custom work request in FMX: 

Resolve a Maintenance, Technology, or Custom Work request

  1. Find the request you wish to resolve (on the calendar or in the requests grid accessed via the left sidebar), then click Resolve.
  2. After clicking Resolve you can enter a resolution, hours, cost, equipment, inventory and attach an invoice.
  3. Click Resolve to close out the request.

Reopen a Maintenance, Technology or Custom Work request 

  1. Find the resolved request you wish to reopen (on the calendar or in the requests grid accessed via the left sidebar), then click Reopen.
  2. Next, enter a reason for reopening the request and click Save.
