Creating a Maintenance, Technology, or Custom Work Request

Watch our video to learn how to create a maintenance, technology or custom work request in FMX:

Shortcut Using Your FMX Calendar:

  1. From your calendar, click on the day for which you would like to create a request. Once selected, this screen will appear:
  2. Click on your desired Work Request (Maintenance, Technology, etc.)
  3. A new window will open for you to complete the details of your request. When finished, click Save.

Follow the steps below to create a maintenance, technology, or custom work request in FMX: 

  1. On the calendar page, click New Request on the top right corner, then select the type of request you would like to submit (Maintenance, Technology, or Custom Work Request). 
  2. Enter the required fields and click Save to submit the request.
  3. Check your email for your request confirmation and a link to check the status of your request.
  4. When your request is resolved you will receive a “request resolved” email.
