Creating a Maintenance, Technology, or Custom Work Request

Watch our video to learn how to create a maintenance, technology or custom work request in FMX:

Follow the steps below to create a maintenance, technology, or custom work request in FMX: 

1. On the calendar page, click New Request on the top right side of the page, then select the type of request you would like to submit (Maintenance, Technology, or Custom Work Request Module).

 

2. Enter the required fields and click Save to submit the request.

3. Check your email for your request confirmation and a link to check the status of your request. 

4. When your request is resolved you will receive a “request resolved” email.
