Viewing Planned Maintenance History

Follow the steps below to view planned maintenance history in FMX: 

  1. Select Planned Maintenance in the left sidebar. 
  2. Click on the Occurrences tab. 
  3. Click on Filter. Request history can also be filtered by assigned user, building, custom fields, due date, resolved date, status, and much more!

  1. Click the Export icon to export your results as a CSV or PDF file.
