Planned Maintenance Logs are used to help you track each individual occurrence of Planned Maintenance tasks that have already taken place, the next upcoming task, and their details.
The details that are tracked include:

due date
-
completed date
-
the user who executed the task
-
labor hours
-
labor costs
-
additional costs
You can find these logs by navigating to the Planned Maintenance grid view, and selecting the book icon for the task in which you would like to view its logs:
At the bottom of each log, the total number of labor hours (worker time), labor cost, and additional costs are populated:
