If you are not receiving emails from FMX, you may be on the "Suppression List."
A user's email address can be sent to the suppression list for multiple reasons:
1. When a user is receiving too many emails too fast, their email client will flag FMX as spam and will direct future notifications to the user's spam folder.
2. If there is a typo in the email address making it an invalid email address, it will also be sent to the suppression list.
How do I know if I am on the Suppression List?
To get started, navigate to the top right-hand side of the FMX web application and click on your profile's thumbnail picture or your name and user type, followed by Account Settings.
If you are on the Suppression List, you will see a yellow error box that says, "Heads up! Email delivery is disabled for (your email address) because the receiving mail server rejected a past delivery attempt"
If you are an FMX Administrator looking for another user that is not receiving emails, you can navigate to "Users & Contacts" on the left-hand side of your site.
Once in "Users & Contacts" you can search for their name or click their name if it is on the first page.
If they are on the suppression List you will see a yellow error box that says "Heads up! Email delivery is disabled for (your email address) because the receiving mail server rejected a past delivery attempt"
To disable this error, you can contact the FMX Customer Success Team at support@gofmx.com.
