Follow the steps below to assign users to a schedule request:

1. Navigate to Schedule Requests on the left-hand navigation menu.

2. Find the request you would like to assign to a user and select the "person" icon:

3. Select the user or users you would like to be assigned to the schedule request from the "Assigned to" drop-down menu.

4. Click the green Assign button to save:

Enabling a user to be assigned to a Schedule Request 

1. Navigate to Admin Settings > User Types > Select the user type that should be assigned to Schedule Requests 

2. Click Schedule Request Access > Can be assigned

Own- Allows for them to be assigned to requests that they have created 

Accessible Buildings- Allows for them to be assigned to requests that have been created at the Building(s) the user has access to under their user profile under Users & Contacts 

Any- Allows for them to be assigned to any request at any Building 

 

 

Enabling a user to assign Schedule Requests

1. Navigate to Admin Settings > User Types > Select the user type that should be able to assign Schedule Requests 

2. Click Schedule Request Access > Assign 

Own- Allows for them to assign requests that they have created 

Accessible Buildings- Allows for them to assign requests that have been created at the Buildings the user has access to under their user profile under Users & Contacts 

Any- Allows for them to assign requests at any Building
