Follow the steps below to assign users to a schedule request:1. Navigate to Schedule Requests on the left-hand navigation menu.2. Find the request you would like to assign to a user and select the "person" icon:3. Select the user or users you would like to be assigned to the schedule request from the "Assigned to" drop-down menu.4. Click the red Assign button to save:Enabling a user to be assigned to a Schedule Request 1. Navigate to Admin Settings > User Types > Select the user type that should be assigned to Schedule Requests 2. Click Schedule Request Access > Can be assignedOwn- Allows for them to be assigned to requests that they have created Accessible Buildings- Allows for them to be assigned to requests that have been created at the Building(s) the user has access to under their user profile under Users & Contacts Any- Allows for them to be assigned to any request at any Building Enabling a user to assign Schedule Requests1.
